It is pertinent to mention here that in case of multiple payments being debited from your account while making the payment towards the registration fee, please wait for at least 24 to 48 hours for the payment wrongly debited from your account.
If the payment does not get credited post 48 hours, please contact your merchant back and send us an email mentioning your concern along with the proof of such transaction(s) to email@example.com, you will receive a reply from us within 48 hours. We will confirm the receipt of such multiple payments. If received, we shall initiate the refund only for the amount wrongly debited due to technical errors while making the payment on our website and not the primary registration fee.
Please note that the one-time registration fee to be paid while making registration on our website is non-refundable and non-negotiable. This fee shall not be refunded.
All other refund/return issues will be addressed on a case to case basis within 24 – 72 hours of the complaint/query received.
